At Werkstatt Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Product must be in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used products
  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order parts
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Electrical components
  • Products damaged due to improper installation

Return Process

Email us at werkstattlabz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  1. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
  2. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after inspection of returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging.
  3. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Important Notice

All aftermarket performance parts should be professionally installed. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification.
